Management Trainee Program (MTO) is an entry level position in many organizations. MTO program is the best entry level job for university and college graduates! The Central Superior Service (CSS) is a specially designed Pakistani government test to recruit Pakistani nationals to top government posts. There is a special organization to conduct this exam.The name of this organization is Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). CSS exams are conducted each year.
