Management Trainee Program (MTO) and Apprenticeship in Pakistani Industry

Management Trainee Program (MTO) is an entry level position in many organizations. MTO program is the best entry level job for university and college graduates! The main purpose of hiring graduates to MTO post is to train them for next level management positions. Banks and other large companies in Pakistan recruit university graduates through a competitive process of recruitment. The recruitment process for MTO post vary from company to company but there are some sort of similarity in the recruitment process for MTO job.
